Payment
All order shipped COD (excluding Canada or International) with the exception of Master Card/Visa orders which will be charged an additional handling fee in addition to normal freight charges. NO PERSONAL OR COMPANY CHECKS ACCEPTED. Pay with Postal Money Order, cash or certified check. Orders shipped by bus, truck, or air must be prepaid. Freight charges collect.
Canadian Customers
If you wish to order directly from us, you must prepay with MasterCard, Visa or a Postal Money Order in U.S. dollars.
Back Orders
All orders will be shipped automatically unless you indicate “No Back Orders”.
Damaged Shipments
Indicate damage when you sign for shipment. Keep the shipping box and notify us.
Placing Orders
Orders may be placed by phone or fax. Phone orders will be taken between 9:30 am and 6:00 pm Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday and Saturdays 9:30 am until noon. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.CALL (801) 224-5005

Rush orders must be called in before noon Mountain Standard Time to be shipped within 24 hours. There is a charge of $10.00 for rush orders.
Shipping
All orders shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested and approved. Any customer requesting special handling via bus or air (other than UPS air), will be charged $15.00. Any orders shipped by truck must be prepaid with a Postal Money Order or certified bank check. Any freight over 150 lbs. will be shipped bus or truck.
Returns
All returns are for exchange or credit ONLY. No refunds given. No merchandise will be accepted for return without an authorization number from Cutler’s. Return privileges expire 15 days from shipping. A 20% restocking charge is taken on all returns, plus any additional shipping expenses incurred. Items returned must be in new condition. No credit will be issued unless valid reasons for return are given.
Dealers
If you are not established with us already, please include your business card and the names, addresses, and telephone numbers of 2 distributors you currently do business within the industry. If you do not have a dealer near by to service you, we will sell at regular pricing. Dealer have a special toll free number to place orders.
Prices
All prices for products and services are F.O.B. Cutler’s Performance Center, Inc. 271 North State, Orem, Utah 84057. Prices effective immediately and are subject to change without notice.
Safety
Safe operation is your responsibility. We encourage sound judgment when operating any equipment. Do not go faster than riding conditions permit. We recommend only expert riders use our products.
LIMITED WARRENTY
CUTLER’S PERFORMANCE CENTER, INC. WARRANTS each article manufactured by it to be free from defect in material and workmanship under use for the purpose for which it is intended. CUTLER’S PERFORMANCE CENTER,INC. shall not be liable for damage or delays caused by defective material or workmanship; is limited to the repair or replacement, at its factory, of any defective article or part thereof, which may be returned to the factory; transportation charges, prepaid, within 60 days after delivery to the original user. CUTLER’S PERFORMANCE CENTER, INC. shall be the sole judge of the existence of any defect in the article so returned. No claim for charges incurred in the removal, disassembly or reinstallation of such article will be allowed.
This warranty shall not cover any article which has been misused or neglected or damaged by accident; any article which has been altered outside CPC’S factory; or the performance of any engine or equipment on or in which any article of the company’s manufacturer is used.
CUTLER’S PERFORMANCE CENTER, INC. shall, in no event, be liable for consequential damage or contingent liability arising out of any total or partial failure to function of any article manufactured by it or of any engine or equipment on or in which it is used. Failure of a user to give notice of claim by customer of all claims with respect to such goods and equipment.
No express, implied, or statutory warranty other than that herein set forth is made or authorized to be made by the company.
