Cutler's Quick Shift/ Quick Adjust Cam Arms

Our cam arms have been redesigned and improved. You can now adjust the weight of these cam arms in seconds by simply adding or subtracting set screws. It is that easy! This new generation of cam arm is made specifically for the new Artic Cat set screw clutch. The accessibility of this adjustment can be made without the removal of the cam arms or by removing your drive belt. You can now purchase one set of cam arms and have the ability to add up to approximately 10 grams of weight. Each kit comes with an assortment of differenmt weight set screws. Adjustments are made with an Allen hax wrench. This product is made under licence agreement of Patent #5,795,255 with John P. Hooper.

CPC Red/White Driven Spring
This spring provides more side belt pressure and torsional (twisting) pressure than the stock Arctic Cat yellow 0148-227 spring. This spring is ideal for any brand of roller clutch set up for Arctic driven clutches and is the #1 selling spring in the U.S.A. because it works in almost any application. It is ideal for hill climbers, drag racers, and turbo snowmobiles. This spring is a .207 wire four coil and longer in free length that the stock Arctic Cat yellow spring. It’s application spring characteristics have more torsional (twisting) force than the Pink or White. For use on 700cc to 1725cc engines. This spring will not fit Diamond drive models.

CPC Blue/White Driven Spring
This spring provides more side belt pressure and torsional (twisting) pressure than the stock Arctic Cat yellow 0148-227 spring. This spring is a .207 wire, five coil that is slightly longer than stock yellow spring length. It has a softer spring tension than the Red/White or Pink/White spring. It may be used with stock helixes on engines from 700cc to 1000cc and can be used for roller clutch use. This spring will not fit Diamond drive models.

CPC Pink/White Driven Spring
This spring has more side belt and torsional (twisting) pressure that the Arctic Cat yellow 0148-227 spring. This spring is a .218 wire four coil at stock length. It has less compression (side force) than the Red/White, but has more torsional (twisting) force than the Red/White. This spring can be used in both roller clutches or with stock button/helix use. Ideal for use on heavy snowmobiles in 800cc to 1000cc class or on larger than 55° helix set ups.It also works excellet for drag racing. This spring will not fit Diamond drive models.

CPC Black/White Driven Spring
This spring provides more side belt pressure and torsional (twisting ) pressure than the stock Arctic Cat yellow 0148-227 spring. This spring is a .192 wire four coil spring with the same length as CPC Red/White spring. For use on roller clutches or STD clutches on 440 to 1000cc engines. This spring will not fit Diamond drive models.

Cutler’s Performance Center’s Titanium Springs are the ultimate performance spring because they will not lose their tension and sag out like all OEM aftermarket steel springs. We have tested these springs by cycling the compression to over a half million cycles with only 2% loss in tension! If you are looking for consistency in your clutching, these springs are for you. The secret is that it has a high pretension but then quickly goes to a softer rate. Our Purple/White engagement spring was rigionally designed in 1990 and was and is the standard for all aftermarket high engagement springs. Our competitors have tried for years to clone this famous spring without success. Billet Button Driven Clutch Cover
This new and exciting part will convert your 1998 or newer driven clutch to a button style clutch simply by removing the roller cover and bolting this CNC Billet aluminum cover on. Drag racers, trail riders, and hill climbers can add as much as 5 sled lengths of performance in acceleration runs by adding this part. The secret of this part is that it allows the driven clutch to shift out smoothly and consistently without drawing or sucking the belt into the sheaves uncontrollably like roller driven clutches do. On engines that produce a lot of horsepower and torque like big twins or monster triple engines, the stock roller driven clutch over reacts to the huge power levels. Often the belt burns and is sucked into the driven clutch, causing the snowmobile to bog out on starts or allow the drive belt to slip. Our button clutch cover converts your existing clutch so you can tune it to achieve predictable and awesome accelerating characteristics. This cover will not fit Diamond drive models.

Arctic Cat Reverse Cam Driven Clutch
The Arctic driven clutch is the most calibratable driven clutch on the market. There are several different reverse cams available to tune this clutch as well as many different springs. The Arctic driven clutch is known for its excellent performance and trouble free running. It has efficient back shifting characteristics and is easy to work on. Clutch includes roller cover, 53° helix, and is machined and balanced from Arctic Cat.

Graphite Driven Clutch Roller Upgrade
