This is not just another bore kit. In race trim this kit produces 225 horsepower @ 8200RPM and over 141 foot lbs of torque! This top end torque monster package includes completely new 11 port power valve cylinders which offer three part exhaust technology and 8 transfer ports, a mono billet head with replaceable compression dome inserts, 98mm forged pistons, gaskets and O-rings and of course our own twin quiet pipes to make this kit a rocket.  ZR/MC 800cc and 900cc Porting
CPC can custom port your 800cc or 900cc twin. Our master porters can perform magic to your cylinders. Our porting package includes head milling and should be used with twin pipes. On the 800's we have gained 8 horsepower by porting! Our porting in combination with out billet heads, CPC twin pipes and CPC racing 48mm carburetors made 172 HP! Our porting on the 900 motor rocks at 185 HP.

 Advanced Ignition Timing Key
This off-set flywheel timing key allows you to advance your ignition timing without modifying your stator or cases. Our dynamometer test vary from engine size and application to application but generally we have shown an increases from one to four horsepower on stock engines and as much as 8 horsepower on our full mod motors by using our advanced timing key. Increased ignition timing allows your engine to build more cylinder pressure which increases your horsepower. For low elevation application we encourage you to use higher octane fuel to prevent detonation while trail riding. We offer two different sizes and two different offsets. Our Lightweight canister will save you 11.00 lbs. and add 3 hp over your factory 800/900 Exhaust system. Our compact design is very durable, provides a mellow sound and is one of the quietest aftermarket canisters available. Weighs 5.50 lbs.
